Questions or doubts?

Contact us via contact form, email, phone or social media. We will reply within 24 hours. If you haven’t received a response by this time or the matter is urgent – call us or write to us one more time.
If the issue which you presented requires additional explanation, we will ask you to answer further questions. Thanks to that, we will be able to determine whether we are the law firm for you.
Thanks to your message we will have basic information about your case. After that, we will meet with you to have a talk and present possible solutions. Appointment may take place in our office in Kraków, online or by phone – whatever you prefer.
The cost of the first legal advice is fixed but depends on its duration (starting from 269 PLN gross).
We speak English, so your appointment may be held in English.
It is also possible to arrange legal advice with translation from Ukrainian and Russian (with the assistance of a sworn interpreter).
Sometimes after the first appointment, it turns out that the case requires more detailed analysis (because of the complexity of the case, the large number of documents to analyze, or the necessity to contact another specialist).
Then we arrange the next appointment with you or inform you that we need to work a few more hours on the case to give you complex feedback. We offer advantageous hourly rates packages.
We can also prepare a comprehensive legal opinion for you.
If the nature of your case requires it we can also “run your case”.
We will do everything to help you – prepare and file a lawsuit, represent you before courts, offices, and other authorities, conduct negotiations on your behalf, or apply for proper permits. We will also constantly monitor the status of the case to react quickly if necessary.
Write to us!

We will be happy to answer all your questions and resolve existing doubts and concerns.
